To me that doesn't sound like a seizure...but I'm not a vet and she should be seen by one sooner rather than later just in case she is having some sort of neurological disorder.

Has anything in your household changed at all in the last few weeks? anything that would seem insignificant to you could be changing her behavior. Did the city just spray a pesticide or anything like that? Was there a car accident in the front yard? Has a mother cat had a litter of kittens in the backyard? Any new visitors? Any new neighborhood dogs? Try to think of anything that is new and make a list to take with you to the vets office. Try to catch the behavior on film, since these pups can act perfectly healthy around the vet just to make us people look crazy.

When was the last time she had a check-up with the vet?

And last but not least, does she have poop stuck to her bum? Rizzo acts very very very nervous and strange whenever he has poop stuck to him.
