Dogs don't suffer from bulimia, they aren't capable. That's a human psychological disorder.
Some dogs will vomit when they have empty tummies because they are nauseated. Some eat grass or other funky stuff to help induce the vomiting to help them feel better. Since this seems to be happening frequently, it would be wise to ask for a referral to a specialist to see if there is something else going on.
