I want to get a Yorkie for my daughter's birthday but it seems like the only people I find are in some foreign country and want me to send them a bunch of money for a puppy that probably doesn't even exist. I live in Vancouver, WA but I am willing to travel pretty much any where in Washington or Oregon to find the right puppy for my little girl. Please help!!
