Rio and Bullet are both 3.5 lbs, and I free feed them. But if I had to measure, they probably eat about 1/4 cup each, but it's spread throughout the day as they nibble. They're also midnight snackers so they usually grab a few bites in the middle of the night on their way back in from a potty break.
