You need to pick one method of stopping this and be consistent with it. You can't keep jumping back and forth to different things. I would use the spray bottle as the last resort (and you can't possibly be on the last resort when you have only had her a couple of weeks).

Everytime she bites, get up and leave. This is just her way of playing at her age- once she realizes that rough play gets her no fun she will stop.

For barking- get a can of pennies, everytime she starts barking shake the pennies to get her attention, the second she is quiet tell her she is a good girl and give her a treat. It will take a lot of attention and consistency but she will learn that being quiet is more rewarding then barking.
