You can give it soft boiled, that's fine - as long as your dogs are healthy, they will have no problem. Salmonilla doesn't affect dogs like it will humans, their digestive systems are different, you don't have to worry about that unless your dog is somehow immune system compromized.

Word of warning though - if your dog has a sensative tummy, a raw or soft boiled egg can cause some diarrhea if they're not used to it, so start out with just a little bit, especially for a Yorkie. I can give my Beagle a whole raw egg on her food and she'll be perfectly fine, but Alice I would only give maybe less than half.
