Used to do tons of business travel. When kids would kick the back of my seat I would wait for the parent to do something and if they didn't, I'd turn around and ask them to please put an end to this type of behavior. Most parents would apologize and try to keep the little one under control. If they didn't, called the steward over and asked for help with this problem. I raised by husband's kids for 20 years and swore to never have any of my own. He passed away 7.5 years ago and I have no desire to deal with this again. Been there, done that. I like kids....as long as they belong to someone else and have at least moderate manners. For this reason, we don't frequent places that are "kid friendly". My kids all have tails and are well behaved.. I am the pack leader in this house. |
