to be honest with you, it sounds like a scam.Many people from africa and europe run this scam.They steal pictures of yorkies, from other breeders, pretend they have the dog (which they don't!!!), and charge a very low price for the puppy. Please be carefull,i don't want someone to take advantage of you.
Another scam that people from over sea's run are: they purchase P.O. boxes in the United States, so it looks like they live here, to make themselves look more ligit.But they are really still over sea's just waiting to collect your money.
