HGE is very scary. I know a number of Yorkie here have had it.
No, I go to the largest vet hospital in Tulsa and they don't have an in house lab. Actually, I've never been to a vet here that does have one. My vet sends the blood by courier to Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, so maybe there isn't a lab in Tulsa? At my old vet, I used to have to wait at least a day for results so I'm just happy that these will be in today.

I'm calling at lunch to check on Maddox. I don't know whether to go ahead and ask about HGE or wait until the blood results are in?
