Congratulations and thank you for changing this breeder's mind. When it comes time to place the pups have potential owners fill out an application similar to what a rescue would use. Call all references listed, especially their vets and I would definitely do a home visit. If any information you've been given doesn't check out to your satisfaction, turn down the applicants. This process may take a little longer to place your pups, but the peace of mind is worth the effort.
