Ok, I see now that using the window as an exit is needed.
I'd still tie the rope inside, never can tell when the Yard People
will hit the stake, and then it's not going to hold here in the area.
Just snap the rope on her, open the window and set her outside.
She might give you a "yap" or two, to let you know she's ready
to come back in !
