Sophie Kate also has CT, the weight and proper exercise is key for her.
Sophie Kate has had since she was 6 months old and she is now almost 3. We also exercise with a lot of walks, at least 2 30 minute walks per day but if it too hot we go in the evening (she does not handle the heat well at all).
Excitement will cause some problems also but not everytime.
