So I walk into our home yesterday to find my husband literally chopping away at our Pomeranian's back end. I know he's not a Yorkie, but if this had happened to TIkka I would have been even more furious as Pooter's lucky enough to be so fluffy that it gets masked a little bit, however still quite noticable on walks!!.

Pooter has been sick all week, he has a weak stomach and must stay on ONLY acana food and water. No treats, no bones, no human food... ever. And a dog sitter broke all three of those rules over the weekend.

So twice a day I have been cleaning very loose stool from the front door as he cant hold it... he's better now thank goodness! I just took him out.

But my husband was sick of me having to bath Pooter twice a day due to the poop getting all over his rear and the carpet. SO he decided he would cut all of Pooter's bum hair off... and I walked in on it!

So if any of you also own Pom's or similar and have any suggestions of things that help hair grow or what kind of full body cut to give him please please please help me lol. I'm going to take my HUSBAND's electric clippers and even it out, as I usually use the scissors to give Pooter trims on my own... but this is A LOT more than a trim on his rear. I am so mad at my husband, he doesn't know that Pom's hair can get ruined from close shaves, or that their hair can grow back more matted when shaved so low!
