A raw food diet is great for your dog but it's EXPENSIVE and TIME CONSUMING. If you can keep up with it, it's a lot healthier and dog prefer it to dry food. Since your puppy is most likley on dry food you would have to wean it over to the raw food. You can research that on google. If you have pet network, theres a great episode of pet central about a raw food diet for dogs. It's also been proven that dogs on a raw food diet live longer than dogs on dry food.
