I can see where an unexpected bark would startle her, and cause her to let loose a little.

When she first comes out of her area, tone down your greeting a bit and get her on a peepad. Or greet her on a peepad in her area before letting her out, that way you'll know if it's your greeting or the act of being let out that is causing the problem. Sometimes direct eye contact can trigger it also, so try averting your gaze upon greeting her.

Many dogs will outgrow this, but it won't hurt to try to gain some control over it, just don't punish or scold her for it, as she cannot help it.
