The worst for me is hearing someone sharpen knives, or scrape a metal utensil on a metal pot or pan. The sound just makes me feel instantly nauseous, I HAVE to get away from it.
Another one is picking at fingernails. My boyfriend picks at his nails when he's watching tv, and it drives me nuts.
