running the ccleaner full force didn't do much good. i do know my passwords, i switch them up a bit & may have to try a couple times but i know my e-mail for sure in case i get locked out & need to have it reset.
Jmulls (my banning rival
) has been a wonderful help all day today trying to get me up and running. he is not very hopeful much can be done at this point except a reinstall of windows which means wiping out everything i don't back up.
my memory says i'm using 43.8Gb/144GB on C drive, but now norton is giving me high memory usage warnings.
i've tried to uninstall and delete everything i can but it's just not working.
i believe all of my pics are on shutterfly (6GB), but i have almost 5 1/2 GB of music i don't want to lose. i have blank cd's, but with the way this thing is running it will take an eternity to burn everything.
