Take her to a vet....beg them to exam and treat her and beg them to set up a payment plan.
This little girl needs professional assistance right away. If you don't have the money, then find a way to work out payment.
I'll say a prayer for her right away.
I don't mean to sound harsh...I'm just very worried for this baby.
