Thanks so much for that idea, I'll have to talk to my landlord, see if that would be okay. Our landscaper would still be able to drive his mower under the line, so I don't see why not.
We live in an apartment, but our buildings are fences in, with a VERY large yard, but the only problem is the gates don't close for the walk way to the parking lot so she could easily escape or someone could take off with her. But I could set I line up right out side my window, as my windows are ground level
