Definitely helps! We live in an Apartment building that is actually fenced in with two other buildings [they are small buildings only about as tall as a 2 story house, 8 apts in each] The only problem with the fencing is the spots were the gate goes so people can walk through are aways open, and they dont close :/
I will have to call my landlord and see if that's okay, might be fine since the lawn mower guy could still go under it on his riding mower. Our apartments yard is actually very large, I just wish those gates closed! lol We have a few trees too! I could probably run a line from my window to the fence since my window is ground level
Tikka is just a li'l brat, but it worries me that she's going give herself UT infection from holding is for so long. So literally can hold it for about 8-12 hours at a time, and then when she does go it's a very large puddle to clean on our carpet! lol Good thing is dark coloured and not fluffy!
