If your AKC male "hooked up" with an AKC parti yorkie and made parti color yorkies, then yes, they could be AKC registered. If you want to be certain you are not going to have parti color pups, then I would suggest you select another breeder, especially if you do not know if your male is a carrier.
When registering parti color yorkies, you do have to mail in the paperwork (there is no online registration), along with pictures of the parti color yorkie. I believe the parti color code is written in, unless the forms have changed.
