I hate snakes too. Any kind. I like to piddle in my flowers and yard, but I am so jump-ie. I have had encounters with the black snakes (racers) and the garder snakes, they scare me so bad. I am not hanging around long enough to see if they are posion or not.

Last year as I was trying to over come my fear of snakes here comes this monster around my garage. I went and got camera to take a picture so I could find out if this was a garder snake. I was not that close I zoom till I could get a good picture. I was tired of my son making fun of me when I would try to explain what color and kind it was.
