Most people don't know this. People beware. Check all your sugarfree items if you have them and throw them out if they have xylitol. So I am lucky to have known, from my SPROUTS Natural Foods Market. So I'm saying here, any gum, cake, or the sweetner powder itself,
dogs can get into them. I myself forgot to check the label of the maple syrup, only after they ate did I realize I need to check the label. And then my nightmare began. All Yorkie lovers, take heed, if you use artificial sweetners. Much love, Shellie
