If you didnt receive or sign a contract stating the health and hereditary guarantee of this baby then you have no legal right.
Reputable breeders will NOT release a baby with out an adoptee/breeder agreement.
Most reputable breeders that may have been remiss will still stand behind their breeding but those who puprosely sell without a contact do so because they do not want to be bothered once the pup has been placed.
You would be hard pressed in any court not having a contract that protects you as a buyer in incidents such as this.
If I were you I would wait a couple more months, my little man "Ransom" didnt drop totally until after 8 months.
It's also my opinion you have nothing to bargin, because once again you have no written agreement. |
