I agree with you re: the baby teeth not falling out. When I had Codie neutered, he had 9 baby teeth removed. And when I had Katie spayed, she also had 9 baby teeth removed. I use to call Katie "sharp tooth" from the cartoon movie The Land Before Time because she had so many extra teeth before she was spayed!
