My step mom has the same problem with her yorkie sasha, the vet said it is just an oil her skin is producing, but i dont have that problem with molly she only gets a beth about every other week or so and she never stinks and she picks up the parfume scent of my skin and she smells like that from being close to me. You might check with your vet.
