I bought my dog from there too. Hershey is my first dog so at that time I really didn't know how to go about finding a dog. When I called, the man said that his wife breeds them in their backyard (probably not true) and they just bring them to that store to sell. Hershey has been very healthy until now. He was diagnosed with CT. I'm not sure if it was bc of the way he was bred or if it just happens. I don't regret going there bc I love Hershey so much but it is disheartening to hear the bad reviews. They gave me a one year guarantee against hereditary diseases and were helpful whenever I called them. I forgot to mention that Hershey will be 6 years old in July.
