Chloe is the same way, she figured out how to spit her pill out and she would pick it out of all the things that normally work, cheese, cream cheese, PB, yogurt, etc. She also needs her meds for the rest of her life. I have taken to just putting it down her throat plain and holding her mouth until she swallows- like you would pill a cat. It really is not pleasant but the only thing that works every time and she HAS to have her meds.
Have you looked into a compounding pharmacy to see if they could make it into a liquid? My vet recommended Wedgewood- but they don't deal with the chemical Chloe needs.
