My boys don't like their Sentinel, so I have to hide it. I've tried cheese and peanut butter, and those never worked for us, they always spit them out. I tried the Gerber chicken baby food (no onion or garlic), and that workes for my 2. I just give them each a spoon of the baby food with the pill in the front/middle, and they always lick it right up
