What a smart little guy you have there
My last yorkie used to spit out the pills too...we tried everything. Finally, I asked my vet to show me how she does it....I used to put the pill on the tip of my finger, open his mouth and then put my finger with the pill along the side of his gum till I got to the end of his teeth and pushed it in....sounds brutal, but it was actually easier than it sounds...and it didn't make him gag or anything. It was the only way he would take his meds.
