I have to say though, with brand names or expense, comes quality (most of the time). I am not one to buy 20 of something. I'd rather just buy 1 that lasts me 20 years! Some things I buy brand name, some things I don't. I care more about the fit of the brand name than the actual brand name. I love CK jeans and INC (macys) jeans bc they fit my body shape very well. Unfortunately they are not cheap! But I have CK jeans that are 10 years old and still look good, so to me it was worth the $$! |
I always think my bad experiences have made me a better person in the long run and I bet you feel like that now, too. I was certainly naive in my 20's and wish I had not chosen a few of the men I did, to date, for long periods of time. Now I say... What was I thinking? Ha.
As far as name brands... just wanted to add I have nothing against them. Lots of people have lots of nice things and I am happy for them. Shoot, I am sure I have way too much stuff too. However, it is the near worship of material things or placing too much importance on this stuff that I find so awful. (or even comical if I am being honest

)
