Yep, Suzi does this too. It is funny, especially because it is always the same toy! A little doggie toy, that happens to be a frog. She acts like it is the end of the world, holding her frog in her mouth , wandering around looking for a safe place to hide it. she whines, cries, goes from one place to the other . I usually leave her to her buisness. Even funnier is the hiding places, sometimes in plaon view in a corner of the room. I never have heard a yorkie howl, i would love to see that .
