I don't want this taken the wrong way, and this certainly is not an attack on Foster mom; however being the skeptic that I am... Wouldn't the rescue be looking into raising funds for this dog?
Sorry, I hope the dog gets what she needs but I would hate to see anyone be taken advantage of with an online scam . ( not accusing you of this foster mom....but there are so many heart breaking stories out there that are there to take advantage of animal lovers. )
