I am so tired of hearing about irresponsible dog owners letting their pets run loose! People here in my neighborhood think it is perfectly acceptable too. They all claim their dogs "never hurt anyone." That is a common refrain -- of course NONE of them has ever hurt anyone UNTIL THEY DO! ALL pet owners need to maintain control over their animals at all times. If they are not physically with them, they need to be secured on their property where they CANNOT hurt anyone. I would not dream of letting my yorkies go bark, yip, and try to cause havoc in someone else's yard or out on public trails -- so why would these large animal owners think it is okay for them? Praying for more responsible pet owners everywhere!!!! |
