I pray that she has a speedy and complete recovery.
I really don't understand why owners of these dogs that do this aren't severly punished
The poor dogs are euthanized and the owner will just go get more and be completely unresponsible with them so someone can get hurt down the road. IMHO those people should really be charged with assalt at the very least.
