I'd say she is getting her cuddle time with the "kids" before she leaves, that's normal. BTDT on the deployment deal. You could try to rock the boat now, nicely, if you would like and try to talk to her about the sleeping arrangement, or you could wait and crate train them to sleep on their own after she has left. Be aware that there might be some issues because the dogs will miss her. Have patience though, as dogs don't understand momma went to defend her country.
