I knew I forgot something...lol

I also have a trunk lined in cedar...I keep all my kids baby pic's and books and my home owners & insurance paper, marriage licenes & pic's and my furbutts AKC papers, our birth certs. passports...all that important paper work you need.

leash and harness go on before we even walk out the door and tags are on the harness....and I keep doggy travel bowels and baggies in my truck at all times...my furbutts are outside trained, no need for potty pads cause they wouldn't use them anyways...and I keep dry and canned food for them in my bends...I'm not worried about toys or treats...I will buy them more when I get to North Florida.

We take all I mention in my above post and this post with us, cause you just never know what a hurricane might do..you hope for best but you prepare for the worst...Hubby has a truck and I have a SUV....all our kids are grown and moved out, so its just DH & I, our 2 Yorkies 2 cats that we load up and go..We have family in North Florida, so that where we head to, but we only leave when its a cat 3 or higher.
