bellababy,

FANTASTIC !!

That list looks a LOT like mine, since I live on the Gulf Coast,
and the Wind gets up a little, occasionally.
I specially liked your inclusion of Paper Plates and Utensils.

During our Hurricane Season, I have what I call a "Go Bag".
It's a spare soft Duffel type bag, which I have a complete
set of Clothes, Toilet Articles and stuff in it, for me. Just enough
for a few days away from home, in case we need to evacuate.
All I have to do it just pick it up and throw it in the Vehicle.

But, you and ArmaniMan mentioned a Crate/Carrier...
Many people use them regularly, and I have one, actually, it's
big enough for both my guys, save that they never get in it.
It just sets in the Utility Room open, for them to occasionally stash
a Treat in !

The thought being, it's a great Container for our Animal's stuff,
if they aren't in it when you go. I usually just Harness and Leash
my guys in the seat of the Car, I have two leash's that are permanently
attached to the back//bottom of the Car-seats, where we can easily
just snap them in safely.

But just as a start here, here's a list of things you could shove into
a Crate, where they would be covered for a day or two.

Things to stuff in the Carrier/Crate for your Animals:

Leashes, short and long.
Harness,
Collars, with ID and Inoculation Tags,
Food, bag or box,
Bowls,
Water Container, sealable w/lid,
Towels, just in case of standing water or Rain.
Covers, Sweater, Rain Coat, warm stuff.
Toys,
Poop Bags, Newspaper, Potty Pad,

& Your Emergency Envelope !

Can you think of anything else they'd need ?
