I agree with you. And yes, I know several people that are well today and it had nothing to do with doctors or medicine or supplements.
BUT
Here we say it this way. If we ask for healing and it doesn't happen within a reasonable amount of time, then it is time to go get treatment. This reasonable amount of time would vary depending on what is going on. Some things can wait a few days and other things can only wait a few seconds. As for just getting a diagnosis, there is really no reason to wait. All it will tell you is what you're dealing with. That isn't a bad thing. A serious neurological condition needs medical attention if for whatever reason prayer didn't work. And either way, a diagnosis is needed to see what is going on.
Polo is very sick even if it doesn't look like it. The steroids are reducing inflammation just enough to give you hope that he is getting better. But that's just it, they are covering up the problem. The steroids are taking away a symptom while instead more comprehensive treatment is needed. It is in Polo's best interest to have an MRI and get on a respected treatment plan.
