Well, the blood work came back and his numbers arent good. His glucose levels were high so he's back a the vet getting an UA to rule out diabeties. But there were a couple other numbers that looked bad, which the vet said are in relation to his liver. He's going to email me the results and I'll post to see if anyone has any idea what could be happening based on past experiences.
The vet has Fatso for the day, and will be running some additional tests.
On the plus side, he has been looking much better, he actually hopped over the baby gate I had up to keep Rizzo out of his personal space while he healed. So he is at least improving, just have to wait for more tests to find out for sure what was causing the lethargy. |
