It was definitely heartbreaking to watch that video again. He looks scared to death...not my happy go lucky guy at all. I don't that its normal to have barking with seizures but that was more like a yelping to me. I believe that's why the vet referred to it as "atypical". Either way, abnormal or inappropriate behavior can be considered part of a seizure.
