She does look further along than you are saying. I hope the owner is right about when she was bred. Do you know what day of her heat cycle she was bred on and the date? It is possible if she was bred later in her heat cycle then she could easily go on day 59. She will have to be watched really close.

The main thing that I would worry about would be her rupturing her uterus since she is not a big bitch and she is getting so big. My first yorkie, Dixie, just weight 5 lbs and she would get a huge belly too. Dixie never had any problems whelping.

You will definitely have to watch this momma closely after she has her babies because the smaller girls are more at risk for getting eclampsia. I pray she has a safe whelping.
