I know girl, he's a tough one and been thru a lot. I am really very protective of my guy and I know I should have known better. Right now he is laying by me with his little chin on my pillow. Won't let me hold him, he actually growls at me. Gonna try to stay away from that big paw and not touch it til the morning when he goes to the vet. I feel bad for him and mad at myself. It was only the day before that he got to go have his tummy problems addressed and I'm sure he felt totally violated and didn't care for the thermometer at all. Now he's going right back to the torture chamber. Gonna have to work on my Mommy of the Year skills.
