Due to its' hard rubber construction, the kong is one of the safest and most durable chew toys to leave in the crate or xpen when you have to put your pup in there. Wosie stays in her wire crate when we have to go somewhere we can't take her. I stuff a half piece of fat free american cheese in the middle of the kong, and she will work on it for about an hour trying to lick the cheese out. It's pretty cute to watch, but after the first time we tried it, I have never been here to watch her do it! We're always gone!
Makes her not mind when we are leaving! I am sure soon she will ask me to LEAVE so she can get a treat in her kong!!
