I am certain the owners would not have opened their garge door if they knew their dog would react. Wish the owners grabbed their dog and pulled him out of danger.
i think most dogs would have reated the same way if their were "intuders " coming in his territory.
the other article about the police shooting a mentally chalenged man brings up thought of rage. Now those cops could have used those been bag bullets . That was a disabled person, If that were my family I would go after the PD. and sue them.
