Pooping is good, but because it happened not long after eating it, an obstruction is still possible. Anytime they vomit after a chew is a concern. With him not being able to get comfortable, I'd be quite worried. It is probably just an upset stomach (or you could even be looking at pancreatitis), but I would be watching out for an obstruction. When you press lightly on his abdomen (in between his ribs), is it painful?
If he continues to act this way and you are concerned, the ER may not be a bad idea.
