The Pugs were Her dogs. She is trying to get the BYB to do rite by these dogs & STOP breeding as she's a BYB & not caring for her dogs properly & is the reason she has offered to take in the PG Bitch as she is very worried for the safety of Moma & Pups. I believe she is doing what any of us here on YT would do if we knew someone was doing this, step in , befriend & do everything in our Power to educate the person. I know I have done this before & it worked & I got the BYB to see the light , get her dogs fixed & I took ALL the pups to Rescue & paid to have the parents fixed & they are now enjoying life as pets instead of money making breeders.
