Someone here (I can't remember who, but thank you!) had the idea to sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on the food. I've tried that with Ms. Picky and it has worked like a charm! I've also sprinkled a few bacon bits on it to entice her even more, but do it very rarely as I'm sure they are very high in sodium for a small dog.
Also, I don't know if you've already tried it but the pet store gave me a sample of The Honest Kitchen's "Thrive" dehydrated food, it's almost all powder & you can make it into a gravy to put on top or just sprinkle on top as is. I haven't used it since the chz. is working & it doesn't cost $20-$25!
