awww Lauren please don't beat yourself up about what happened....however any Vet that says its safe for a 5 lb yorkie to welp up to a 30 pound sire's babies is nutso!!!

Bee is in much more danger trying to have those babies than to get an emergency spay....C-sections are very very costly...and sounds like she would absolutely have to have one in order to deliver the pups...I'd definitely get a second opinion....And I would trust Mardelin's advice over any Pet smart employee's opinion.

Good luck and please let us know what you find out...and how you plan to proceed from here....Isn't Bee only a year old? She's so young.

You know we're here to help and support you...sometimes the best and safest decision for your baby is not always the easiest thing to do, but her life could seriously be put at risk if you allow her to continue with the pregnancy.
