I have never been to one but the symptoms you mention seem to suggest allergies. Presto was allergic to Royal Canin as well as blue buffalo and would constantly scratch his ears and lick his paws. He's now on wellness and seems to be doing well. What shampoo do you use for her, it can be related to that also? I use Pet Silk Moisturizing Shampoo, Conditioner. I hope it helps!!
